Conscious Connected Breathwork
Increased well-being, emotional processing & inner transformation through conscious breathing – online and in Greifswald.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a circular breathing technique where inhalation and exhalation are connected without pause. This body-oriented practice can lead to profound physiological and psychological effects in a safe, professionally guided setting – enabling states of consciousness comparable in intensity and quality to psychedelic experiences.

Breathwork is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is a complementary practice for self-regulation and personal development.
Breath can be a gateway – to what wants to show itself.
Sometimes everything is already clear in your head – and yet body and mind still don't speak the same language. I know this feeling well. It was the point where I realized: conversations alone weren't enough anymore. Everything seemed understood, sorted, analyzed – but I still felt like I was standing in front of a closed door. Connected breathing was the door-opener for me. I started without knowing where it would lead.
The breath is the tool, not the goal. I create a shared experiential space where you can be as you are – with everything that is present. Orientation and safety form the foundation for sustainable integration.
My psychological background gives my work a solid framework. I am currently studying Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at Master's level. During my Bachelor's studies, I already delved deeply into experiential and body-oriented approaches.
My path there was not straightforward: After vocational training as a craftsman, I worked in the profession for several years before completing my A-levels through second-chance education to study psychology. Today, my work combines practical experience with scientific thinking – in the way I hold space and guide people.
I trained with Dr. Martha Havenith and Dr. Abdel Nemri of INTOTHEDEEP . What convinced me most was that their training is scientifically grounded – no dogma, no esotericism.
Alongside this, I'm a Research Collaborator at the Ernst Strüngmann Institute for Neuroscience in Cooperation with the Max Planck Society (ESI) in Frankfurt, part of a research project on the neuropsychological mechanisms of breathwork. My own work focuses on the subjective experience during Conscious Connected Breathwork.
